Exchange & Return:

At Drapes N Style, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your curtain purchase, you may exchange the item under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

·  Time Frame: Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

·  Condition: The curtain must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

· Defects or Damage: If the curtain arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

Exchange Process:

1.Contact Us: Send an email to our customer service team at drapesandstyle@gmail.com within the exchange window.

2.Provide Details: Include your order number, details of the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

3.Return Shipping: If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

4.Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item within 5-10 business days.
